Refunds

Our customers are very important to us. Therefore, our passion is to produce handcrafted products from scratch with natural ingredients, so due to the nature of our products we can not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

If your refund has been approved, the products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If your merchandise is damaged during transit, proof is needed within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at info@bronxandt.com. We will replace the broken/damaged item(s) with the same item(s). If those item(s) are no longer available, then we will provide a refund. If you wish to cancel an order, it must be completed before the order is shipped.

We make every effort to ensure that goods are well and properly packaged. However, if you receive them in a damaged state you will be refunded or allowed to exchange.
